Hometown Hospice will be hosting a fundraiser for our Indigent Fund on November 9th from 5pm-8pm.

Hometown Hospice strives to offer the greatest comfort and rest to individuals and families in the end stage of life. Our medical staff provides specialized services in assisting our patients to once again enjoy the simple pleasures of spending time with loved ones.

The services our Hospice program provides includes:

  • Medical Director who guides your care along with your primary physician
  • Skilled Nursing
  • Hospice Aides
  • Medical Social Worker
  • Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapist
  • Bereavement Counseling
  • Chaplain Services
  • Medical Equipment

We believe every individual deserves Hospice care during this critical time in their life. The Hometown Hospice Indigent Fund was created to provide care and service to our patients that would not be otherwise able to afford the expenses associated with end of life care. Your donations helps provide increased comfort to the hospice patients, and families. Your generosity may provide us with: medications, medical equipment, medical supplies, comfort items such as blankets and pajamas, nutritional items, and much more. With continued community support, we are able to provide these services to our patients.

We are selling $10 dollar tickets which gives a $10 dollar credit for Pizza Inn on the night of the event. It will count towards dine in, carry-out, or drive-thru. Hometown Hospice will receive 50% of the proceeds along with any tips that night.

To learn more information or purchase a ticket call our office 623-2273.
